Look, our lawyers made us write this. It's boring, but important. By using BrassHelm.com or calling our demo number, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our stuff.
BrassHelm is operated by 28 Corp, a Canadian company. Our legal address is:

We build AI appointment setting systems for service businesses. When you call our demo line, you're talking to an AI agent that shows you what our system sounds like. Oops... spoiler alert. Pretty straightforward.
When you click the "Show Number" button, we capture just enough data to confirm you're human (like your preferred language or basic browser info). We only use this to keep the bots out - we don't store it, sell it, or use it for anything else. It's like showing your ID at the door and then we immediately forget about it.
Here's what happens when you call:
We use Cal.com to handle appointment booking. When you schedule a call through Cal.com, they collect their own data according to their privacy policy. We don't control what Cal.com collects - that's between you and them. By using the booking feature, you're agreeing to Cal.com's terms and privacy policy as well as ours.
We won't sell your information. We won't give it away. We won't trade it for shiny pebbles or magic beans. We don't share it with third parties except for:
That's it. We're not in the data-selling business.
Our demo is just that - a demo. It shows you what an AI setter sounds like. We're not promising you'll make a million dollars or that this will solve all your business problems. Every business is different. Results vary. Most people do nothing and get no results. You know the drill.
We currently only work with businesses in the United States and Canada. If you're calling from somewhere else, cool, but we probably can't help you yet. But you can still book a call. Up to you.
We can update these terms whenever we want. If we make big changes, we'll update the date at the top. By continuing to use our site or call our number after we update these terms, you agree to the new version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 28 Corp and BrassHelm aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or demo service. We're not responsible if the AI says something weird, insults your dog, your call drops, or if you have a bad experience. We'll do our best, but stuff happens.
If we have a problem, let's talk it out like adults. Email us at Contact Us and we'll figure it out.
If that doesn't work, any disputes will be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
