Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025 • Last Updated: October 22, 2025
We're not creeps... Promise. We only collect the info we need to run our business and follow up with you. That's it. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your information.
1. Who We Are
BrassHelm is operated by 28 Corp, a Canadian company located at:
28 Corp.
Cameron O'Brien
#498, 1122 3 St SE, Suite 1906
Calgary, AB T2G 0E7
Canada
2. What Information We Collect
When you visit our website:
- Not much. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics.
- Your browser might send us basic technical info (like your IP address) but we don't store it or use it for anything.
- When you click the "Show Number" button, we capture just enough data to confirm you're human (like your preferred language or basic browser info). We only use this to verify you're not a bot - we don't keep it or do anything else with it. Think of it like checking your ID at the door and immediately forgetting about it.
When you call our demo number:
- Your phone number - automatically collected when you call
- Call details - date, time, duration of the call
- Information you provide - things like your name, business name, email, or any other details you choose to share with the AI during the call
You don't have to give us anything you don't want to. If the AI asks you something and you don't want to answer, just don't. No pressure.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the info you give us to:
- Follow up with you about our AI appointment setting system
- Schedule a consultation call if you're interested
- Improve our demo experience
- Communicate with you about our services
That's literally it. We're not doing anything weird with your data.
4. What We Don't Do
We will never:
- Sell your information
- Give it away to third parties for marketing
- Trade it for shiny pebbles, magic beans, or anything else
- Use it for purposes you didn't agree to
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We only share your info with:
- Service providers - tools we use to run our business, like our phone system, email provider, and calendar software. These companies are contractually required to keep your info secure and only use it for what we tell them to.
- Cal.com - we use Cal.com to handle appointment booking. When you schedule a call through Cal.com, they collect their own data according to their privacy policy. We don't control what Cal.com collects - that's between you and them. They're a trusted third-party booking platform that operates independently.
- Legal requirements - if we're legally required to (like a court order or subpoena), we'll comply with the law.
That's the complete list. We're not selling your info to sketchy data brokers.
6. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. Our service providers use industry-standard security measures. But let's be real - nothing is 100% secure on the internet. We do our best, but we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or as long as required by law. If you want us to delete your info, just ask (see section 13).
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you might have rights like:
- Access - you can ask what info we have about you
- Correction - you can ask us to fix incorrect info
- Deletion - you can ask us to delete your info (subject to legal requirements)
- Opt-out - you can tell us to stop contacting you
To exercise any of these rights, email us at Contact Us.
9. For Our Canadian and US Users
We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and relevant US state privacy laws. If you're in California, you have additional rights under CCPA - email us to learn more.
10. For EU Users (Even Though We Don't Target You)
If you somehow end up here from the EU, we want to be transparent: we don't specifically target EU users, but if you use our service, we'll handle your data in compliance with GDPR principles. You have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Contact us to exercise those rights.
11. Children's Privacy
Our service isn't for kids. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't use our service or give us your information.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We might update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes? We'll let you know. By continuing to use our service after we update this policy, you agree to the new version.
13. Contact Us

We'll respond as quickly as we can (usually within a few business days).
